Getting passenger to work with apache was a piece of cake. There is a ton of documentation on how to do it the passenger way. I hit a wall with passenger not working with some gems and decided to make the switch.
If getting passenger going is like learning Greek, getting nginx and unicorn up and running was like learning Egyptian without a Rosetta stone.
I plan on doing a proper tutorial once I work out my method on a few test apps.
